Default Strange Icon on notificatikn bar

Hi, I just got this strange icon on my notification bar, how do I get rid of it? It's the one on the top left.

That means you have notifications disabled i think?

Slide down the screen and turn them on then it may disappear, unless you want them turned off then i dont know how ot get rid of it sorry :/

p.s sevenkings? I live in that sh!t hole

I usually only see that when there are to many notifications to appear on the notification bar.
