Default Wifi and 3g issues on S3

Every single time I connect to WIFI it stays connected for about few minutes and after that the internet just dies(but still stays connected to the wifi) there is message that the AP doesnt have internet connection and no IP is allocated to my phone. The only thing that helps is to physically restart the wifi modem. Reboot S3 wont help. All my other devices connected to this wifi dont have any problems.....

Also when I'm outside and even though I'm on 3G the S3 wont connect to the internet....this happens pretty much every second time I want to go online when o 3g.

Do you reckon I should take it back and get new one or is there some quick fix for this?

Thanks

Remove your WIFI connection, and re-connect to it. Also, in advanced settings for that particular connection, make sure there aren't any weird settings that are on\off...

In regards to the 3G issue, I have the same one. I'm with Orange.
I'll have signal and 3G will be alive, yet my browsers (Chrome & stock) claim I have no connection. It happens all the time!

Semi-related: My Droid X (original) has the same wifi issue. The only way I have found to fix the problem is to log into the router via a computer and click on wifi tab then click save settings without actually saving anything. Then my phone will be able to connect for about a month without a problem. After a month I have to do it again.

I am not sure if this is the same but my Verizon S3 will not reconnect to 3G after being on wifi if the wifi setting is on auto or whatever it is called. I have to manually toggle wifi to get 3g.
