I need the GS4 to be no more than 5mm thick, have a quad core 1.7ghz processor with 2+ gb of RAM and it should have a 5+ inch screen with an ultra-thin bezel. The skin should be a flexible rubberized something so I have no need to use a case. And the screen should be unbreakable. This phone should also be running pure Android.

maybe this is the GS6...
Glass that does not break, not going to happen. Wishful thinking.

1080p Super Amoled+, octa-core processor, hopefully the phone itself will be the same size, maybe push the screen out closer to the edges to make it a little bigger. 13mp camera. Bigger battery. Stereo speakers. Black color. Less plastic.

-Nuclear powered; enough to get your phone through the next 5 years with the heaviest usage, on a few grams or less of fuel.

This is what I can think of I want in the next GS phone.
1. A super small dedicated camera button.
2. Larger battery.
3. No physical home button.
4. Front facing speaker(s).
5. Metal frame.
6. Shatter proof glass.

I would hope for global functioning, improved camera, water resistance and a two day battery. Wonder if they could make the back side a solar collector so you could recharge by leaving the phone in the sun at the beach or pool side?
People lost in the woods might appreciate long battery life and/or the ability for solar charging.
Thinness is not as important to me as is long battery life.
An external antenna port would be very nice for car trips out in the rural west where cell towers are few and far between. A magnet base antenna on top of the car could really help with signal strength.

Not officially, but there are some serious rumours. Going to start looking for a buyer for my S3 soon, I think.
