Outside , screen dim, answer call?

Common problem,
i'm outside with sunglasses on, barely can see screen..
How do i answer a call that comes in if i cannot see the screen?

any ideas? thanks

You could use a program like Tasker to automatically increase screen brightness when a call comes in. Not sure if you need to be rooted for this though since I've had some trouble with the screen brightness in Tasker.

In Dialer, you can set your phone so that you can answer a call by pressing the Home button.

In Dialer:

Menu > Call Settings > Call Answering/Ending > Answering Key

You can also set the phone to answer by saying "Answer" or decline it by saying "Decline". Have to turn it on though. Works well even outside with lots of background noise.
