if youre rooted, get es file explorer, enable root access, go to system/bin, and rename the file to gsiff_daemon.not
it shouldnt pop up anymore. also i just upgraded to UVALH2 (T-Mo), which restored the file to its original state, and havent had problems since. then again, its only been a day
