Default weird problem

hi the other morning i woke to find an android symbol ha replaced my youtube icon and when clicking on it it said application removed but youtube is still installed any ideas how to get the icon back?? alsoon the same morning my data usage reset but all the apps that use internet were still showing the amount that i have used am i right in thinking that these 2 problems are related?

That happened to me too with several icons, after I uninstalled Nova Launcher. I found that in the case of Google Goggles there was still the proper icon and a duplicate Android icon so I just deleted the Android icon.
