Default Unusual issue with Galaxy S3. Help?

Hello, new here. I'm experiencing an unusual issue with my newly purchased s3. At random times, the security menu pops up. It's not that big of a deal, but it's rather annoying when trying to do anything on my phone. Samsung tier 1 wasn't any help. Any help at all?
