clipboard error! help!

Hello everyone!

Did anybody have problems with a clipboard?
I don't know why but I can't copy texts and files.
What ever I try to copy its always the same fail and any app I use for it shoots out the unknown error and app close.

What happens and how to fix it tell me pls!
