Default Can i keep my phone on charging when i'am using it

I usually keep my phone on charger and use it as well, even its fully charged i keep it on charger while i use it.
Is it safe?

It will not hurt anything by leaving it charging while using it.

Every phone I have I keep in on charge as soon as I get home, and leave it there till I go out.
I never had a problem, now what I due do once a month is let my battery drain all the way (till it dies) then charge it.
Been doing this for years.

The thing about androids, it's impossible to over charge them. Once it reaches 100%, it fluctuates slowly down to 95% and back up to 100% and keeps going in those patterns until it's removed from the charging state.
