Default Call over Wifi option?
Is there an option or app which allows me to text and make calls through wifi? My buddy can do it through T-Mobile just wondering if Verizon has it.

You can use Google Talk for voice or video I believe. Or...

The WiFi calling is only T-Mobile. The SMS (Text) is still done through Data and not WiFi. I have been with T-Mobile for around 15 years.
