Default Performance issues after updating to jelly bean

Hey all

I updated my international S3 to jelly bean a few days ago via kies (on the 3 UK network) and I've been noticing a few performance issues with it since. Examples are lag when streaming HD videos, keyboard input lag (with swiftkey) and music playback stopping randomly for a second (happens quite regularly if multitasking). Just wondered if anyone else noticed similar issues and whether it was possible to rollback to ICS easily enough? I tried a factory reset but it kept jelly bean installed and the issues remained :[

You cannot roll back the firmware. Most people are reporting major increases in system performance. I'd suggest clearing some caches and making sure your apps are up to date.
