Default App like Quickpic that plays .mov/Quicktime videos?

First time poster, long time lurker...

I have a Galaxy S3. Does anyone know of a Gallery/Quickpic type app where I can view photos and videos within the one app?

For eg, I'm currently using Quickpic to view my photos and videos, but because some of my vids are .mov files copied from my iPhone, Quickpic doesn't play this file type nor displays the thumbnail, so I don't know what video I'm trying to play because the thumbnail is blank, and I have to use another video player like MX Player etc to watch .mov files. It's frustrating having to go back and forth between Quickpic and another video player. I've looked at MX Player & Mobo, but their video/photo organisation is rubbish and not as nice as Quickpic.

So basically I'm looking for an app that organises photos and videos as nicely as Quickpic but also plays .mov files. Quickpic plays other video file types no problem...

Asking for too much? :-)

convert the .mov to something the galaxy reads natively is the easiest fix
