Samsung Galaxy 3

Ok need help I bought a Samsung G3 it was an At&t phone i hook it up throught straight talk everything works but at the top of the screen to the far left in cap letters it says HOME (menu screen? not sure that what its called) I wanted to rename this with my name. Is there a way to do this? I already put in my user info on the securty setting. Thanks
