Default Getting the keyboard to automatically switch back to letters

Hi, I just got this phone a few days ago and so far it's pretty awesome. I use Swype for typing (not the Samsung keyboard version) and it works very well. The only problem I have is that when I switch to the numbers or the symbols keyboard and then close out of text messaging, the keyboard doesn't revert back to the normal letters keyboard the next time I go to text someone and instead stays as the last keyboard I left it on. My Droid X would automatically switch back to the letters keyboard when I closed out out text messaging (I used Swype on that one as well) and I got used to it. Are there any settings that I could change to allow the keyboard to automatically switch back? I haven't been able to find any.

I know I can manually switch back to the letters keyboard by hitting the button on the keyboard but I've just gotten into the habit of it automatically switching back without me having to do that, and I was just curious if anyone knew of a way to change this.

Thanks!

my Swiftkey flow beta does change back. Try that keyboard.

I did test your issue on swype and mine does the same thing.

I tried looking up Swiftkey but I was unable to find a beta version. Is it better than Swype, and worth the $3.99?

Can you tell me who made it? There's several versions, one by VLLWP, one by johntanmi, and one by Binary Bulge.
