My device updated last night.

My SGSIII updated over the air. I was initially on 4.1.2 and that's still my firmware version so I'm guessing it was a security/bug fix update or something. Anyway, since the update, my phone's speed has dropped considerably, it lags really bad especially when I clear the cache.

Any ideas?

Try a factory reset. Back up your data first though.

Yup I think the international gs3's and other devices with the same chipset had a small security patch update. That was probably it.

How do I backup? I'd hate to lose my Sims progress!
