my samsung galaxy s3 keeps frezing?
i made a hard reset but the problem still isnt gone

When you say "Hard reset", are you referring to a Factory Reset? Or did you just do a battery pull type reboot?

Seems like the wifi radio bug potentially, i work for vodafone and have had this problem myself what appears to fix it, is turning wifi on and off several times and then only have wifi turned on when you need it.......

i get this a lot too, it usually happens when i'm in the facebook app. I have to hold down the power button to restart the phone.
