Hello....my name is Anya.. I just got my Galaxy S3 a week ago, and I of course managed to make it unable to play video or audio files, I dont understand why, I am desperate for help......what I did is download an amblebook audio player and I downloaded an audio book but It failed to play, I tried many times and then the phone would not play any other audio or video file, I got mad and I uninstalled the app. but I still get the error message that the phone does not support this audio or video files
