Default Sending videos

How do I send videos to other phone it always says to large.

Are you trying by text message (MMS)? If so, I think the limit on that is 300KB. That's not even enough for a full resolution photo. Some phones will bring the quality down on a video and send it by MMS, but it looks like complete crap. Your next best bet would be as an email attachment, but that is limited to 10MB or to 20MB if both accounts are gmail (or Google Apps email). Unless it's a short video, you're probably exceeding that, too. So, I'd say something like Google Drive or Dropbox and then send them the link is the best way.
