Default Display Grid

Is the display grid for the GS 4 as follows? Four rows of four followed by the five app home row? Thank you.

Yes, you are correct. The app home row at the bottom is customizable to have 1-5 icons. The one that must remain in that row is the "Apps" icon, but the 4 others are interchangeable.
