Arrow How to add shortcut for camera and change orientation?

Hi all,

How can I add shortcut to access camera/video recording mode? (need to take pictures/video quick while phone is on standby)

When playing a saved video/picture, how can I change orientation of the video/picture without turning the phone physically?

How can I change orientation of the video when capturing the video without turning the phone physically?

On the S3 there was a camera gesture. Just press on the clock screen and rotate the phone and you're there. The S4 doesn't seem to have anything like that. Only option I see is to turn on the lock screen icons and edit them to include the camera and the record apps. They you're 1 swipe away.
