Question Why cant i move Apps to Micro SD card?

I have had my galaxy s4 for about a week and a half now and love this phone. i still have 7 GB of space left, but tutorials online that show apps could be moves to the SD card. I have a Verizon Gs4 and when i go to application manager i do not see the option to move apps to the SD for all of my apps. I even tried installing a app that the tutorial shows was installed on the SD card and i could not move it. Has Verizon not launched the update for the S4 to install Apps to the SD card? It would be nice to move some apps to the SD card.

The update has not hit the US yet. Be patient.

Apps2SD went away, I believe, because Google removed it from Android.
