Default Screen doesn't always auto rotate

Is there a place to callibrate the screen on the s4?

Most times when I go to view a video or a photo on my phone and turn it sideways, it won't rotate the image to give me full screen view. And sometime when it does rotate, it doesn't rotate back when I put the phone vertically. The only way I can get it to go back to normal is to press the on/off key and unlock the screen again.

I don't know if this will help but you can try settings > My device > Motions and gestures > Gyroscope calibration.
