Default What are these icons

There are 2 icons in my notification bar that I don't know what they are. One looks like a kite (a diamond with a plus sign in the middle) and a sideways wifi signal. They look like they almost may be one icon, I'm not sure. They are directly to the left off my 4G signal icon. Anyone know what they may be?

The diamond symbol is E911 services and the wifi signal out the side means you have some sort of Location service enabled. When I turn off Location services the signal goes away and leaves the Diamond E911

Who's your carrier? Perhaps it's attached to that?

I'm not seeing it on either of my TMo S4s.

Location services means the ability to use the GPS receiver with any app-- like Maps-- right?
