Default Battery widget

Got my S4 last week and I put this cool battery widget on my home screen that was on phone when I got it. All off a sudden widget is gone...not on phone anymore. Widget kind of looked like a bar code. Hmmm. Any thoughts anyone?

Go into Google Play > Menu button > My Apps > All.

There you should see a list off all apps you have installed, disabled, need to update etc. You should see it there & it will let you know the status.

The option that I finally chose was to show the battery percentage right on the notification bar.

Menu > Settings > My Device tab > Display > Display Battery Percentage
