Default Sending pictures via text

Is there a solution to sending pictures via text when on wifi? I had the issue on the Bionic and thought it may be fine on GS4...but still can't. Is there a specific text app that works or a setting I need to adjust? Any help would be great...thx

My previous Android phone ran Gingerbread (2.3.6). MMS on it required a data signal, same as the GS4. MMS won't work on wifi, in my experience.

You are right, MMS does not work over Wi-Fi, you need a mobile data signal/ Maybe try another messaging app like Whats App...that works over Wi-Fi

So are you saying that WA can send pic msgs over wifi? Interesting, if true.

Now if I could just figure out how to get around the 10 person group texting limit imposed by Android? AT&T? Samsung? Neither the stock msg app, Handsent, or GoSMS Pro has fixed that for me. I haven't tried WA yet. But not to sidetrack the OP's question.
