Default Update destroyed 4g speed!

Has anyone else noticed a significant drop in their 4g speed since the update? My download speeds are now hovering between 0.1 - 0.5 Mbps on speedtest. More often than not I cannot even get a speed to upload as it won't connect.

If anyone else is in downtown San Franciso, has an s4, and downloaded the update, can you run a speedtest so I can determine if this issue is mine and mine alone?

It's not just VZW, my AT&T LTE speeds are much slower since the update.
I hope the powers that be can work this out.

For AT&T I haven't seen it yet. The interwebs I believe say one has been released, but that it changes different things than Verizon update... meaning no apps to SD card yet (correct me if I'm wrong).

So far neither phone nor Kies says there's an update for me.
