Default Photo Sphere "Blurry" Camera / Video App for S4

Just wondering if anyone else has come across this issue I am having and can not seem to fix. I have a Verizon S4 rooted with the Google Edition Photo Sphere app which I like better than the stock camera app. The problem I have is that the Photo Sphere app takes amazing pictures but instantly goes blurry when switched over to the video mode of Photo Sphere and will not focus at all.

I have a rooted s4 running the Google edition rom. No camera issues at all using the camera you mention.

I have the issue with the JB S4 camera from the play store, the pics are fine but video is instantly blurry and will not focus. The stock camera/video is fine though

I have discovered what is going on here and how to fix it. The problem appears to be touchwiz related or so it seems as I have the Verizon i545 version of the S4 rooted. The blurry video I am getting is only when I am running a touchwiz custom rom such as Hyperdrive or Jelly Beans. As soon as I install a touchwizless rom, the problem goes away. I would highly recommend the Liquid Smooth custom rom as it runs flawless and can also run the Photo Sphere app with zero issues as well.
