Default "Do Not Disturb" mode that allows email?

I basically want everything on my phone silenced at night with the exception of 1 email address. I'm the on call person for my job & that's how I'm contacted. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Not sure if e-mail notifications can be added to the custom "allowed" list. I'm thinking only incoming phone calls are "allowed"

Yeah that's what I've been finding in all the apps I've seen. Didn't know if there was one out there for email too.

Set the email to come to (or be forwarded to) a yahoo mail or gmail account that goes to their dedicated app on your phone, and set that app for sound notification - and don't use that account for anything else.

That may work provided ALL other "notification" apps are off, disabled, or can be set for silent notification ringtone.

This may be a case where you want to try a app like "tasker".

It should allow the level of customization your looking for.
