Default camera issue

I took a good picture (with galaxy s4) but now the picture is missing and there is a black screen with an icon of a person with a bolt. How do I get my picture back?
THANK YOU

Do you have an SD card installed and the Camera settings set to save there? If yes, is anything else on the SD card missing? It may have gone bad in one way or another. Try reformatting it first using the phone. If the problem persists, the card may be bad.
