Default sth about Galaxy S4 battery drained/overheated

This is the Galaxy S4 I got many months ago. But only one afternoon, my S4 become drained battery from fully charged battery. But even worse, the phone is overheating!

Of cus, I does those ways we all can find run with follow:
WiFi/GPS on but off if not connected or used
BlueTooth = Off
Multi-Window = Off
S-Beam = Off
NFC = Off
All Motions/Gestures = Off
SmartStay = Off

But the results are not that favorable for me.. Cus I am not sure whether the phone or the battery goes wrong and the current battery life is unbearable! So I got an extra 7000mAh battery from *** used in alternation. Thoug it works perfectly well, I still want to fix the original one

So I turned to local store for help to see if it was the problems in processor or other devices which were installed faulty. Unfortunately, they could not find any glitch with the phone. Then I remembered I had installed some apps that are reccommanded to remove! I then check all my Samsung Apps and uninstall all the recent updated one.

Hope my experience help

If the new battery doesn't drain fast, your original battery has become faulty. It cannot be fixed.

If the new battery is draining fast too then yes, something else may be wrong.
