Default Volume button sensitivity

Hello, I have a Galaxys S3 and I have a question about the Galaxy S4. This weekend my friend moved from apple to the S4, so I had to spend a lot of time kind of showing him the ins and outs of his new phone. I found the volume up/down rocker on his S4 to be VERY VERY sensitive to the smallest touch.
It became annoying to me and I was just wondering if this is just how the S4 is or what, I would appreciate any feedback, thanks.

Yeah, the volume rock and power button are a bit sensitive but you grow accustomed to them in a short time. They are quality components but I think they should have been designed with a lower profile to avoid accidental adjustments. They are a bit less sensitive when using a silicon or TPU type of case.
