Default Galaxy S4 Dead - not charging

Was charging fine all day in my car, when i got home i plugged it in the stock charger... nothing happened.

Now it's completely dead.

Is there anything i can do besides going to verizon? Or has anyone dealt with this before.

Have you tried a different charger?

Chargers - or at least, the USB parts - are easily damaged. It may be that a different charger - or a new USB cable (around $1 on ebay) if the stock charger uses one of those - will solve the problem. Certainly worth a shot before going back to Verizon.

Try a different charger, or try your computer. If it still doesn't recognize it you'll need to stop by VZW, the charge port on the phone may have died.
