Default Wipe cache partition

checked other threads and i cant seem to find my answer.
if i wipe cashe from the "power up + Volume up + home " will it reset my homescreen. i spent alot of time organizing my apps and folders. i dont want to go through setting it up again. Thank you.

Wiping the cache partition in recovery should not wipe your or reset your Home screens normally.
