For me at least the easiest way to manage files between PC and phone is via the usb charging / data cable. Once connected in a non charge mode you can use your PC browser to tag and move or copy files between the devices with ease. Mark one or many to manage at a time... your option.

You could also use Astro File Manager which would let you copy entire directories from dropbox to your phone's SD card without having to do each file manually. I personally use this method if I'm just copying one album. Otherwise I take the SD card out of my phone and mount it in a card reader.

Just pull down the notification menu when you connect the phone, a notification will pop up that says USB, select it there.

Using the dropbox is not a option. That how I do now and takes ages to upload and download. But this option of transfering by cable is what I was looking for or take the sd out is also a good one. Thanks all for your help
