Default Is there a way to change the 4G/LTE frecuency?

I just won a Galaxy S4 from t-mobile. But I'm not currently living in USA. I'm living in Brasil and I know that in brasil they use a different 4G frecuency 2500-2600 MHz. My question is: If I unlock the cellfone it will liberate all the other frecuencies? or is there a way to unlock those frecuencies? With Rooting?

The frequencies are hardware, rooting and unlocking are software. Can you fix a flat time in a car by using different gasoline?

Sell the phone and buy one that will work in your country.
