Default I decided to update but can't seem to do it

Every time I try it says the update was interrupted. I did a factory reset and still the same result.

It says it found the update. And downloads it and tries to install it. But fails after it boots into recovery. I'm on the mf3 version currently and was rooted before. I just went back to stock because I heard there is a KitKat update coming soon.
