Default Security Policy Updates

Lately, I've been getting pretty large battery hits from something called Security Policy Updates.

Anyone else seeing this?

So no one else is seeing this?

I can go to manage apps and stop it, but I can't uninstall it. It seems to come back to life after I restart the phone too.

I'm not seeing that battery use. But there is a possible related setting:

Settings/ More /security/security updates

Thanks epete. I checked my settings and the security updates section is checked. However, my phone seems to have quit with the unusual battery drain issue for now.
