Red face Samsung galaxy S I9003

So this phone is recently bought and is giving problems.For example sometimes it shuts down a program like bluetooth or Android market and gives this:We're sorry,use *#9900# to take log.

Also ,it constantly shuts down and gives this when happens:

POWER RESET or UNKNOWN UPLOAD MODE with the android icon next to it.

When i go to the phone caracteristics(i have the language in romanian so im trying to translate my best),it's basically this :
Firmware version: 2.2.1
Baseband version: I9003XXJL9
Kernel version:
Build number:

What could be the issue?

EDIT:It seems the basic programs you have and cannot be normally removed like as i said previously bluetooth,Android market,TWLauncher(???) etc. i get constant message saying we're sorry blablabla.

And the commands are usually kinda slow

TW launcher is the interface. Delete that and and you'll be fvcked, especially since you aren't rooted so you can't manually flash a replacement if you delete it.

Did you get it second hand or something? I have the same phone and it works fine. Hardly any force close at all.
