Default What should I freeze for this problem?

I suppose I should add "if anything" to the question ...

I have a Galaxy Stellar, rooted, using Titanium Backup.

Problem is:

When I slide the pulldown menu to get access to the status bar, the help tip box pops up to explain how I can tap a button to turn a function on or off. If the "Do not show again" box is marked and I hit the OK button, there is about a 5-10 second pause and a box comes up that says "Unfortunately, System UI has stopped", after which it will go back out to the home screen and another 5-10 second pause later it all seems to go back to normal. However, if I leave the box unmarked and hit the OK button, there is no problem, except that I have to hit the OK button every time I pull the status bar down.

Is there an app and/or function that I can freeze to prevent the help tips from popping up at all? (I have already frozen the Help app, however)
