Try restarting but instead of just holding it for a couple of seconds to turn it on, hold the Power button down for 15-20 seconds even if the screen turns on, keep holding it down.
If that doesn't resolve the issue, then you will need to try resetting it via the Bootloader Menu and doing a wipe system/factory reset from the Recovery.
