Unhappy blue screen and won't turn off

What can I do? Samsung Galaxy 10.1

Have you held down the on button for over a minuet? If that does not work I would call Samsung Tech. support.

You can also hold one finger on the screen and press the power button at the same time until it powers off. I've used this method when my Tab seems "frozen". Takes about 15-30 seconds.
