cannot add files or folders to tablet
hello all I have recently bought a samsung galaxy tab 2 10.1 and I cannot add files to the tablet because it says the device has either been disconnected or has stopped working. sometimes though this does not happen and adding things is a breeze. I have tried switching usb ports turning my laptop and tablet off and nothing changes any tips? I have also restored the device which did nothing -_-
