updated my tablet and its worse than ever

I just updated my tablet, the screen keeps blinking, when I write things, I'm unable to push enter, answers that you have to scroll to does not work properly.. how can I go back and fix this.. I am not tech savvy.. but it seems as if the update was for the worse.
