Default where to download?

I am a newbie to Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1.

It seems like that I can only download apps from the Samsung app store and the play store, that can't be true, right?

Where and how can I install Google Doc, Documents to go or Android Office?

Can any of these docs able to open and read a Microsoft Word doc?

Google Docs are part of Google Drive now, which is cloud based (online). There should have been Quick Office included in the Apps drawer, at least with mine it is.

Here is the link for Documents to go.

Thanks very much for the info.

My tab 2 10.1 did not come with Quick Office but Polaris Office. Is Polaris comparable with Quick Office.

Can I use any or all of the above word processors open Microsoft Word and convertible back and forth?

Kingsoft Office is a good App. And it's free.

I did mean Polaris came with the Tab, but QuickOffice came with my phone. I believe they should be compatible with MS Word and maybe Excel, but I haven't tried either with any MS docs.
