Wifi connected but no internet

Hi, I've just gotten the tab and the home wifi is connected and shows strong signal, it would work for a while and then the internet would stop working and pages won't load. If I disconnect and reconnect, it would work for a while and then would stop working again. I've tried with the galaxy tab 10 and the same thing happens and this one seems to work longer before stopping. Samsung web support didn't help much and just asked me to return the devices for diagnostics.

Can someone help?

Without knowing too much about this area the problem may be in the way your router channel is set up. We had the same problem at home with a Samsung phone that kept disconnecting. It turned out that the router was set to one stationary channel only instead of 'auto' so that when more than one device tried to connect over wifi another device got blocked out because there wasn't enough capacity. Don't know if this makes sense or is remotely helpful though.
