Samsung Galaxy 7.7 LTE support in Canada

I just purchased Galaxy Tab 7.7 from HK and is using in HK. It is great device but it seems the download speed is ridiculous low. I'n using Bell mobile service and tested using speedtest dot net. The download speed is only around 1 Mbps. I used to have HTC Sensation Android phone.
