Default Flash Player doesn't install updates?

The Flash Player shows it needs to be updated in the Market but it always shows that the updates are not installed after I've clicked on it to install the update. I've tried clearing cache and restarting it but that doesn't seem to work.

Is anyone else seeing this? Is there something that can be done about it?

Happy Resolved

For whatever reason, the Flash player was able to install the latest update and now shows up properly along with all the other "installed" apps and not at the bottom that are "not installed"

Thanks nobody.
