Default Worth doing factory reset on 8.9AT&T after unlocking?

Guys I have the at&t 8.9 unlocked tab. Unlocked by them only after a major fight! ! I'd it worth doing a factory reset? Only problem I have is the really stupid fact that I can't use it to call or receive phone calls. Only they would know why this feature is hidden as I wad told it does have it. Please advise! ! ? ?

I've moved your post into the general section of the 8.9 forum so it would gain more attention. Hopefully someone can answer your question.

About the calling feature, if it's hidden, then I don't know anyone who has uncovered it and gotten it to work.
