Sound on voice calls issue ? 8510
I find that the sound during voice calls is only average with callers telling me that my voice is muffled and gets cut off. My partner and I both have the same Galaxy W S8510 phones and Samsung say there is no generic problem.

Is this problem fixable ? Are we the only 2 people with this issue ? Help ?

Is it possible your phone is dropping to 2G. I know this gives horrible audio quality with LOTS of dropouts.

Thanks, I will check this out.

Meanwhile the phone is with Samsung's main UK service centre for "recalibration of phasing" because this was identified as being out of specification during an "80 point air test". I have no idea what this means.
