Galaxy Y Duos GT-S6102 - Calendar

Is it possible to create/edit a task on Google Calendar from the phone?
Is it possible to create/edit a task on My Calendar from the PC?
Can Google Calendar & My Calendar be synced and viewed both from the phone & the PC?
